1. Membership Fees

All DCHub membership fees (£12/year) are non-refundable.

This fee grants members access to the DCHub platform, including the ability to list an organisation, promote services, and access community features.

2. Listing and Submission Payments

Payments for radio content submission, featured listings, or platform upgrades (e.g., priority placement) are non-refundable, unless:

• A duplicate payment was made in error
• The listing or content submission could not be processed due to a technical issue on our end
• A refund is required by law under UK consumer protection standards

If your request meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 days of payment.

3. Technical or Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, email info@decollaborators.org with your name, listing name, payment reference, and a short explanation. We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Service Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period. You will retain platform access until the end of your current subscription year.
