DeCollaborators CIC | Empowering Purpose. Building Communities.

DeCollaborators CIC is a faith-led, community-first organisation transforming how local people connect, serve, and support each other—through hyperlocal internet radio, digital platforms, and practical collaboration tools.

As a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) community interest company, we help individuals, charities, CICs, churches, and socially driven groups build local strength through accessible digital infrastructure, shared media platforms, and support directories that reflect their unique community needs.

Grounded in the principles of Community Wealth Building (CWB), our goal is to ensure that social, spiritual, and economic value is created by the community—and kept within the community.

Our Mission

To enable place-based transformation by connecting people, platforms, and purpose—using sound, service, and shared systems to create lasting social and spiritual impact.

Our Vision

A United Kingdom where every local council and ward has a voice, a platform, and a purpose-led network rooted in faith, service, and local wealth creation.

Our Approach

DeCollaborators CIC delivers services through two integrated platforms:

🔷

DC Hub

The Digital Community Platform

DC Hub is a centralised platform that connects people to local resources, trusted providers, and opportunities for faith-led and community-based action. It is designed for daily use by individuals, support groups, churches, CICs, and social enterprises.

DC Hub includes listings, broadcasts, resource sharing, and local collaboration opportunities. Its key categories are:

  • iCare – Where Communities Care: health, wellbeing, essentials, and support
  • Radio Hub – Community-led internet radio for each council and ward
  • Vendors & Services – Trusted providers serving communities with care (e.g. food, tech, churches, restaurants, groceries)
  • Faith & Fellowship – Connecting ministries, churches, and fellowships
  • Information & Empowerment – Training, events, advice, and inspiration

All DCHub members can create, collaborate, and contribute to a collective impact model that keeps value local.

🔷

AOGER (Armor of God Experience Revival)

The Faith & Intercessory Network

AOGER is our national revival and prayer network—unifying churches and ministries across the UK under a strategic model of Fishermen (outreach leaders) and Watchmen (intercessors).

Through AOGER, we aim to:

  • Establish faith partners across all UK councils
  • Mobilise intercession and spiritual revival across regions
  • Support churches with access to digital broadcasting, online tools, and prayer networks
  • Deliver faith-based community development through media and mission
  • Build a spiritual foundation for societal and systemic change

AOGER operates through local partnerships and contributes faith-based structure to DC Hub initiatives.

Our Foundations: CWB + PaaS

Our model is built on two principles:

Community Wealth Building (CWB)

We focus on:

  • Keeping wealth local by enabling community-owned platforms
  • Supporting local leadership to deliver change from within
  • Promoting wellbeing and dignity through equitable access to services
  • Investing in skills, voices, and collaboration that uplift entire communities

Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)

We provide:

  • Digital tools and systems for local delivery
  • A scalable radio and media platform for community expression
  • Structured support for charities, CICs, and churches
  • An integrated framework for collaboration, broadcasting, and faith engagement
